AHN Canonsburg Hospital
Nonprofit Overview
Allegheny Health Network is constructing a new AHN Canonsburg Hospital in North Strabane, replacing its existing 40-year-old hospital (built in 1983), which will continue to operate while the construction goes on. Construction will begin in late 2024.
The current hospital, which employs 400, is too small and outdated for today's and tomorrow's health care environment. It will be replaced by a medical office building adjacent to the new hospital and potentially a new AHN Cancer Institute outpatient center.
The new hospital will have between 50 and 100 beds in private rooms and total 300,000 square feet along with primary, emergency, and surgical care, cardiac, orthopedic, women’s health and neurosurgical specialties.
Your donation will support additional services that will be offered at the new facility as well as community outreach and support services to provide equitable access to a broader array of quality healthcare programs for everyone in the Canonsburg community.
